Julian Nicolls

Julian is an experienced Mortgage Adviser and has been arranging mortgages for customers in Cambridge since 1998.

Julian joined Limetree in 2022. He has worked as a mortgage broker and as an adviser and manager for banks and building societies over the last 25 years.

Julian’s mortgage career working for lenders has included all stages of the mortgage process from application through underwriting, completion and beyond.

His experience means that he is well placed to look after clients through the whole process and he still gets a buzz from helping clients to buy their dream home.

Julian is married with two sons and enjoys kayaking in his spare time. He also plays the guitar badly and doesn’t get out on his bike nearly as much as he should.
