Limetree is an established whole of market mortgage brokerage based in Cambridge.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our head office for a Junior Mortgage Administrator. The position has become available due to expansion and is a full time role working Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm.

The role

  • Provide administration support for the office
  • Scanning client documents to internal and third party systems
  • Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
  • Answering telephones and taking messages where necessary
  • Greet clients
  • Assist with managing post and email inboxes
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the business

  • Polite telephone manner
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organisation skills
  • Basic PC skills
