2013 has been an interesting year to say the least. The market has been waking up from a long time of tentative lending. Lenders have been competing harder, and offering a much wider range of products, giving customers more choice. And, with a move toward high LTV mortgages, more people have been able to buy their first homes.
We have had the priviledge of working with brilliant clients this year. In the past couple weeks, we have received a bunch of thank-you messages.
