James Hammond
James has 15 years’ experience as a mortgage broker in both his home town in Wales and in the Cambridge area. James qualified as a full IFA (Independent Financial Adviser) at the age of 18 and has been working for the last 13 years around Cambridge and Peterborough. He lives in Histon with his wife and two young daughters.
James worked in a number of local estate agents and operated his own mortgage brokerage before setting up TuckerGardner Financial in 2008, rebranded as Lime Tree Financial in September 2010. He has a large and expanding client base and is experienced at assisting clients to find the right deal to suit their circumstances.
James specialises in helping high net worth clients find residential mortgages in excess of £500,000.

Andrew Beer
Andrew Beer has more than 20 years’ experience in the mortgage market. Previously he was Assistant Manager at Cambridge Building Society, as well as gaining extensive experience in asset finance for businesses and founding his own brokerage firm with Andrew Fowler.
Andrew’s friendly approach puts clients at ease from the outset. He takes the time to understand his client’s individual needs for both mortgages and supported insurance products. As a family man with two children, Andrew understands the ever-changing financial needs of a growing family and is able to offer supportive advice not just for mortgage deals today – but also to help clients plan for the future.
His speciality is sourcing commercial finance alongside bridging finance.

Alex Pangratiou
Alex was a Financial Adviser for 12 years before specialising in the field of mortgage broking and running his own mortgage brokerage for 7 years. Originally from London, where he lived for over 3 decades, Alex now resides close to St Ives. He is married and has two older children, both studying at college.
Alex enjoys his role and has a great ability to get to grips with clients’ needs. He gets a great deal of satisfaction in helping clients to find the right deal to suit their individual circumstances.
He specialises in Shared Ownership and Shared Equity style properties.
